About

Palomina Wine Bar was born to challenge the clichés of wine culture, offering a contemporary take on a millennia-old ritual. By revisiting modernist references and reinterpreting traditional wine symbols, the brand strikes a balance between elegance and irreverence. Every touchpoint—from its name to its architectural design—reflects this vision, creating an experience where good taste is refined but never pretentious.

Rooted in strategic research, Palomina identified a unique position in the market by blending product, service, and atmosphere in a way that feels both sophisticated and effortless. The name draws from Palomino grapes, with a feminine twist that nods to "palomas" — Spanish for doves —, later incorporated into the visual identity. Cubist illustrations, minimalist shapes, and a neutral palette reinforce the brand’s curatorial yet laid-back personality, like an art expert who never takes themselves too seriously.

This philosophy extends to the space itself, designed as a journey through the history of wine. The materials transition from rustic to modern, starting with classic buchette del vino at the entrance and leading to an industrial-inspired setting, symbolizing wine’s evolution. Palomina is for those too tired for a crowded party but still seeking something more than just lounging on the couch—an invitation to enjoy wine in good company, with refinement and ease.
